Perfect for dealing with painful, cystic acne and small breakouts alike
As someone who still (infuriatingly) gets some acne into adulthood, this is the answer. It makes breakouts disappear 20x faster. Usually just one or two nights of this, and all the gunk is sucked out. I even get painful cystic acne, and this is an absolute game changer. Without a doubt worth the money. They stick really well and come in a variety of sizes, which is great. It works so well, I will never go back to any other means of dealing with painful, cystic acne.

My husband and I constantly say we wish Mighty Patch existed when we were in high school. These really do work!
It was my first time buying these and using something like this and I will say I am really happy I bought this one! I was hesitant at first but you can’t even tell you’re wearing them! It protects the area of skin which is so nice and also really comfortable and relieves the pain! These are also skin tone so nobody will know you’re wearing these unless they’re up close and personal! The quality of it is really shocking it doesn’t just come off easily it is really sticky and light weight which is nice for all day wear if needed! The effectiveness of these are 10/10I will be buying these again, the amount you get for the price is amazing

Not magic, but a skin care essential
They work, but they’re not magic. They work REALLY well if the zit is popped first, though this annoys me because I bought these so I’d stop picking at my pimples. If it’s not popped first, sometimes the patch works, sometimes it doesn’t – like, it can clear out gunk, but it won’t break the skin for you. But when they work, they successfully clear the zit out overnight. It usually leaves behind a small blemish (it doesn’t magically make that go away too), but that usually heals within a week; before the patches, it could take a month or more for my zits + the resulting blemishes to heal. Now that I’ve tried these, I can’t live without them.

Absolutely love these patches! I’ve purchased multiple times. Works great & definitely recommend. Easy to apply and stays put even when sleeping. I forget when I even have them on. Very lightweight & no smell that I noticed. I have very sensitive skin and did not experience any dryness or irritation.

I didn’t believe in pimple patches, now I do
I’ve never used pimple patches before. I’ve always seen my friends have them on their face. Wanted to try some out, now I don’t regret it. They’re not just a trend, they’re very functional, and will absolutely suck the gunk out of your pimples. Best on whiteheads. They’re a nice size, not too noticeable as they’re subtle in appearance, and stick well.If you have a habit of picking your face like I do, this will also be a literal barrier for you. It helps! I sleep with them on and take them off in the morning.

Great when used properly!
As a physician, I see pimple patches used incorrectly all the time, so I wanted to share how to get the best results from them. These work best on true whiteheads, not deep cystic acne.Before applying, start with clean skin. If there is a visible whitehead at the surface, proper drainage is key for the patch to work effectively. After cleansing, I gently prep the area with alcohol. When appropriate, a sterile needle can be used to lightly open the whitehead (this should only be done if the head is clearly at the surface). This allows the hydrocolloid patch to actually absorb the contents instead of just sitting on top of the skin.Once prepped, place the pimple patch directly over the area and press gently to seal. Leave it on for several hours or overnight. You’ll know it’s working when the patch turns white as it absorbs fluid. In the morning, the inflammation is noticeably reduced and the area looks flatter and calmer.When used correctly, these patches help protect the spot, reduce redness, and prevent picking—which is huge for healing and minimizing scarring.
